Full integration

Norenca portions veal, beef and pork. All raw materials are sourced from different subsidiaries.  The portioned products are being offered fresh or frozen. This can be done either under a protective atmosphere, under vacuum or in bulk.

Mixed products

In addition to the portioning of muscle meat “mixed products” are also prepared. Common ones are sausages, minced meats, burgers, finches, skewers, dishes, marinated and breaded meat products.

In our portioned products department we complete the meat production chain. We offer customer-oriented products to wholesale and retail, as well as to the sector of the prepared dishes.
