Southern tartare roll

Ingredients

200 gram prepared tartare steak
(Art. Nr. 18022 – Prepared tartare steak) - 4 rolls
- 50 g rocket
- 4 radishes, in slices
- 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 40 g grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pepper and salt
Preparation
- Cut the rolls in half and cover one side with the steak tartare.
- Spread the rocket, radish slices, cherry tomatoes and the grated parmesan over it.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Cover with the other halve of the roll and serve.
